The project shall identify how drivers can make best use of available on-train equipment, producing separate guidance and evidence for: *Train Operating Companies (TOCs) *Freight Operating Companies (FOCs) *On-track machine (OTM) operators To support the above, the project shall also evaluate the intended and actual use of existing in-cab low adhesion warning lights, to propose the ideal driver and vehicle response, helping inform appropriate driving policies Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
