## Notice

Hampshire County Council wishes to commission one Service Provider to deliver a Special Educational Needs and Disability Information, Advice and Support Service for Hampshire. The scope of this information, advice and support should cover initial concerns or identification of potential SEN or disabilities, through to ongoing support and provision, which may include an Education, Health and Care plan. The contract will commence on 1 January 2019 and will be for a period of three years with the option to extend for one further two year period.
