## Notice

For the exercise to be most effective, facilitators will require knowledge and understanding of the UOB Departmental interoperability and wider Higher Education environment. The details of the scenario are to be determined with the selected facilitator, but the primary aim is to test the UOB plan as stated. Aim: To test response, resilience and interoperability of the Strategic Emergency Response Team (SERT) using facilitators to enable continuous development and improve overall readiness of the team.
