The contract will initially be for one year with the option to extend the contract by a further two years subject to satisfactory standards being met. SUBMISSION OF TENDER: Tenders shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions for Tendering. The tenderer is required to submit their tender submission email to the following address: finance@framptoncotterell-pc.gov.uk The tenderer must mark the subject line "GROUNDS MAINTENANCE TENDER" failure to do so may result in your tender not being accepted. The tender, signed by a Director of the company together with accompanying documentation completed as directed, shall be sent by email marked only GROUNDS MAINTENANCE TENDER - For the attention of Parish Clerk- STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL' RETURNING TENDERS Tenders must be received by 12 Noon on Monday 16th January 2023, which shall be the final date and time for acceptance of the tender.
