The design has followed the Royal Institutes British Architects 2013 RIBA Plan of Works. Currently our project has reached RIBA Stage 3 for the Head Quarters building with a contained Technology Demonstration Facility. An application to Cornwall Council for a Local Development Order has been made and an associated planning application has also been made to Cornwall Council. The Planning Application references are PA17/09936 PA17/10,096 respectively. The Head Quarters building comprises two floors and must achieve a BREEAM Excellent Rating. WPT are seeking quotations for the completion of the professional services and surveys as defined in the specification.
