## Notice

SHGL is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) in relation to a New Homes Marketing Services Framework. The Group is looking to appoint 4 (four) contractors although it reserves the right to vary this number. Services include (the list is not exhaustive): *Creative content - including branding, design, artwork, copywriting, photography and CGI *Scheme-specific digital marketing services - including microsite design, build and hosting, e-mailers, social media, SMS, SEO, PPC and retargeting. Digital media planning and buying may not always fall within the scope of the project *Print and production - including literature and signage *Marketing environments - including marketing suites, show homes and exhibition space
