Overall, the unique requirements outlined by the council create a niche space for tailored service providers in the environmental consultancy market. ## Notice SCDC is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide advice & guidance and compliance monitoring in relation to noise, vibration and construction related Best Practical Means (BPM).
