All works must be completed, commissioned, fully snagged, and presented for hand-over inspection to the client prior to sign-off. All work must be completed by and achieved in full compliance and sign off in full by the end of December 2024. The successful contractor will be expected to demonstrate excellent customer service delivery throughout and provide a thorough and consistent approach to the works with a dedicated site team consisting of a full-time dedicated Site Manager, full time dedicated Assistant Site Manager or Finishing Foreman, full time dedicated Resident Liaison Officer as a minimum. Customers will need to be consulted with prior, during and on completion of the work to ensure individual needs are catered for and high customer satisfaction is achieved.
