In general the works comprises : * Site set up and compound * Obtaining all relevant permits / bonds and licences for the works (including traffic management etc) * All required surveys and investigations * Construction of a gravity sewer from the site boundary to the connection point with installation of manholes * Installation of a gas main (size etc as required for the development) * Provision of all adoption information and certificates * Provision of completion drawings and as built plans * Provision of warranty for the works All dates in this notice are indicative.
