The council expects to deliver approximately 120-200 new homes over the next 5 years, during which period these services will be required. In addition, there will other non-residential development undertaken by other parts of the council which will also require similar clerking services. Suitably qualified and experienced firms are therefore invited to tender to provide the council with this call-off service, at rates to be agreed.
