NICE's role is to improve outcomes for people using the NHS and other public health and social care services. We do this by: * Producing evidence-based guidance and advice for health, public health and social care practitioners. * Developing quality standards and performance metrics for those providing and commissioning health, public health and social care services. * Providing a range of information services for commissioners, practitioners and managers across the spectrum of health and social care. The Estates and Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring that the working environment is clean and safe for NICE staff, tenants and visitors. The Manchester office comprises 508 workstations, 28 meeting rooms and 8 meeting pods. The average occupancy is 300 staff per day due to our flexible working arrangements. Visitor numbers can range from 0 to 150 people per day. Through this invitation to tender, NICE is seeking tenders to select a contractor to supply Office Cleaning Services.
