The service provision is funded jointly by Blackpool Council and Blackpool Better Start Partnership. The services are to be delivered across Blackpool and the provider will work with the Council and specialist SLT providers to ensure that all children are provided with the support that they need. All requirements for service delivery are outlined within the tender documentation. Blackpool Council wishes to appoint one Contractor who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements and who offers the most economically advantageous tender. It is anticipated that the contract term will be from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2025. The budget for this service will be a maximum of PS200,000 per annum.
