The Contractor shall perform flower bed maintenance services on a regular schedule, including a weeding schedule, and shall plant flowers in accordance with the seasons and recommendations provided by Thurcroft Parish Council. That a weeding schedule of all flower beds will be carried out once per month with no use of pesticides to protect the environment. An additional schedule to remove all flowers from the beds by the end of March, fertilise the beds and new top soil as agreed by both parties. The planting schedule will be determined based on the seasonal suitability for different flower varieties and shall be agreed upon by both parties. The schedule for planting will be; - All Winter planting to be started in September and completed by the end of October. - All Summer planting to be started in May and completed by start of June. That a watering schedule be determined by the weather to ensure that flowers are thriving throughout the summer months.
