The assessment will require a review of the assumptions, methodology and approach taken in the development of all 5 cases within each of the four business cases -Each business case has been developed independently and all bias has been removed -All government policy and guidance relevant to the production of each business case has been adhered to Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
