The Council are looking to appoint a single supplier to provide a hybrid mail solution that works with the current processes. The Hybrid Mail system should as a minimum, allow printing to a central queue enabling centralised printing and automated folding / insertion. The system must be in place and fully operational no later than Monday 3rd April 2023. This means that there is a single point of contact for procurement in the sub-region so you only have to register once to receive notifications for all authorities.
