We are looking for the following options to be worked - *To not purchase the site *To purchase the site and leave as is *To purchase the site and redevelop Quadrant building *One or two further options that we have not considered A focus on increasing footfall without reliance on retail is preferred Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
