The BBC is seeking to understand the availability of SaaS management tools that can provide capabilities in the following areas, but not limited to: - SaaS Discovery and Usage Analytics - Manage Common SaaS App Config and Policy - Compliance Entitlement & Cost Optimization - Security and Protection of Data and Identity - Automation and Orchestration of common tasks, for example on/off Boarding Workflow triggered tasks, pre-set Templates - Dashboards, Insights, Reports, Alerts etc - Integrate via APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) and future SaaS products - After sales service & support With a large estate of products and services, the BBC would like to be able to have a clear view on where best to focus efforts, supporting and building on our current levels of maturity within the organisation; helping to focus the organisation on optimisation and control of product usage and associated operating costs.
