## Summary

The procurement process overseen by ESPO, in collaboration with YPO, involves the establishment of a framework agreement for consultancy services across various areas such as business, finance, IT, and more. Targeting public sector clients nationwide in the UK, the framework's goal is to drive efficiencies and cost savings by providing access to pre-approved service providers through an open procedure. The procurement stage has reached completion, with an award made on 4th November 2025 and published on 20th November 2025, covering a contract period from 1st September 2025 to 31st August 2027. The initial tender process was announced on 9th August 2024, with the deadline extended to 1st October 2024.

This framework presents numerous opportunities for business growth, particularly for SMEs and third-sector organisations involved in consultancy services. Businesses specializing in fields such as financial consultancy, IT services, and project management, among others, are well-suited to compete. The framework is structured to facilitate simple and streamlined access to business opportunities, making it an attractive proposition for those looking to expand their engagement with the public sector. As a result, it provides a valuable platform for diverse businesses to offer their expertise within various sectors, encouraging collaboration and innovation in service delivery across the UK.
