## Notice

Additionally, the contract includes elements of other property inspections/testing e.g. smoke detectors etc. Under the contract, Liberty Group Investments Limited (Liberty) will provide RLO support to help obtain access to properties. ForHousing is appointing Liberty as a long-term partner to support stable operations and to invest in services and technology. The contract value is PS6m per annum, with a total value of PS60m over the 10-year term of the contract.
