## Notice

Optivo is committed to the government target to have all homes at EPC band C or above by 2030. In order to fulfil this target across the remainder of housing stock, Optivo will survey and retrofit homes by region, targeting the lowest performing homes first. This contract will see the target applied to 200 properties in South London and 200 properties in North Kent with current SAP ratings between D-E, according to internal data. The regions will be tendered in two separate lots - London (Lot 1) and Kent (Lot 2).
