The Authority has two key strategic research collaborations, and although both have similar requirements, the contractual relationships are similar, as are the outputs, however the Authority has adopted a two (2) lot approach for this procurement. One lot will support the one project and the other lot will support the other. Two (2) separate agreements will be entered into, which will align with the Authority's existing separate collaboration agreements. It is intended that the lots will be awarded to one provider who scores the overall highest scores for quality and financial costs.
