## Summary

The Centre for Process Innovation Limited has initiated a public procurement process titled "Framework for Health and Wellbeing Training Providers," specifically within the training services industry. This procurement, classified under CPV code 80500000, has been identified as active and follows an open procedure as the method of procurement. The tender period concluded on 15th November 2019, while the overall contract period commenced on 25th November 2019 and is set to end on 24th November 2023. The primary location for the service delivery is the North East region of the United Kingdom, with an estimated value of £80,000 allocated for the training services needed for employee health and wellbeing initiatives.

This tender presents significant opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that specialise in training services, particularly those with expertise in mental health first aid, resilience training, and emotional intelligence. Businesses that are well-suited to compete include training providers capable of delivering comprehensive health and wellbeing programmes that align with the Centre for Process Innovation's strategy. With the potential for ongoing call-off requirements, there is a prospect for sustained engagement and growth for suppliers in this sector.

## Notice

CPI has developed a health and well-being strategy 'Our People Matter Plan'. This was created to enable a positive culture where our employee's health really matters, and the responsibility is on us all to enhance well-being across our business. We want to enable our employees to 'bring our best self to work', helping our employees to take ownership of their well-being by giving them the right tools, guidance, and support. Through getting the right tools, guidance, and support in place we want our employees to feel well, engaged and motivated to be the best they can be. We recognise that a key component to performing well at work links to our health and well-being. We overall want our employees to feel empowered to maintain a healthy lifestyle by giving them the tools, knowledge, and guidance to do so. We are looking to seek a provider to deliver various training sessions to CPI staff, centred around health and well-being within the company. This tender is to cover the call-off requirements as and when required by CPI. This framework agreement is split into the following lots: - Lot 1 - Mental Health First Aider Training - Lot 2 - Resilience Training - Lot 3 - Emotional Intelligence Training
