The Service will run for three years, with an option to extend this by up to a further two years. This provision will include a range of training topics which have been codesigned with partners and stakeholders to empower Individuals to make decisions and take action. The Service will support people with a learning disability to develop the skills they need to ensure they are able to safeguard themselves from harm, contribute towards more independent living, and maintain and/or improve their health and wellbeing.
