The LGA would like to profile the withdrawal of support to: -Give councils a clearer picture of impacts on their residents -Support councils' own local decisions on liabilities and debt recovery -Inform councils' approach to supporting economically vulnerable households during recovery -Inform national policy discussions on e.g. future design of the benefits system to ensure low income households receive the support they need, and there are not unsustainable financial pressures placed on councils' support for economically vulnerable households Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
