## Notice

ONS is developing a six month personal resilience programme for roll out across the organisation. It is aimed at staff engaging in large scale business transformations as well as those who generally struggle with mental toughness and personal resilience. The number of delegates attending each cohort will be 15. The programme will be held across both ONS sites i.e. Newport and Titchfield. The programme is broken down into the following lots. Lot 1 - Building Self Awareness Lot 2 - Building Self Esteem and Confidence Lot 3 - Thinking, Reflecting and Adapting Lot 4 - Fitness, Mind, Body and Soul
