The Contractor is required to undertake annual Landlord Gas Safety Records, LGSR, heating safety checks, servicing, and responsive repairs for commercial or communal gas heating installations and Heat Interface Units. The scope of the work may also include the installation of commercial heating appliances and their associated systems on a competitive tendered basis or as instructed by the Contract Administrator. Additional information: This contract will be awarded under a JCT MTC, as amended, for a 3 year period with a possible 2 year extension (1 plus 1). The contract will be awarded to a single contractor. LB Enfield is following a one stage Open procurement procedure under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 to procure the new Contracts.
