## Summary

## Notice

An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen within the County town. A brand new cafe is being built in Victoria Park in Stafford; it will adjoin the bowls green and capture riverside views in the beautiful surroundings of the park. Stafford Borough Council have developed in with The Environment Partnership (TEP) as part of the National Heritage Lottery funded project, a fully designed cafe for approximately 32 indoor covers and 48 outdoor covers, dependent on configuration. Much careful thought is being placed on the design and aesthetic of the new cafe to make it appealing to the wide variety of audiences who visit the park. The annual footfall into Victoria Park is 600,000 with a view to increasing this as part of the National Heritage Lottery funds activity plan. It is anticipated that the redeveloped Park Cafe will be opening in summer 2020, with the kitchen and cafe fit out from spring 2020 onwards.
