The University wishes to outsource interim on-site support for bid writing for a six month period while it considers how best to enhance the quality and volume of its bids to formal funding calls, of which bid writing strategy is a key element. The University has sourced support for the last year, which finishes end January 2019. The support included more extensive managerial support than the University now requires for this tender as it intends to use its own systems and line management to handle the bid writing services.
