Existing provision may indicate a lower threshold of difficulty to access a potential market; * Identify regional employers that could partner with the University to either expand its existing provision, or else introduce new degree apprenticeships. Approach It is envisaged that this report will primarily draw upon existing information, as opposed to the generation of data through primary research. There are myriad sources of data from governmental and non-governmental bodies and organisations that cover employment, education and skills, such as the Labour Force Survey and the ONS' Labour market overview. The output would comprise a report, delivered either as a Word document, PDF, or Powerpoint deck, whichever is deemed most appropriate. Timings The academic year runs from September to August; it is hoped that this report can be produced towards the beginning of the academic year, and no later than the end of September, to maximise the amount of time available for the process of developing new degree apprenticeships.
