There are 2 LOTS: a) Adult Tier 2 Weight Management Services - this should look across the piece to identify what can be learned from this one-year investment programme (PS30.5m across local authorities in England) b) Child Tier 2 Weight Management Services - the evaluation should provide an overview of the processes and outcomes associated with PS4.3m of funding provided to 11 local authorities to test new approaches to the recruitment of families and the provision of family-oriented services to underserved groups. The requirement is for review and synthesis of existing M&E and evaluative research already embedded/planned supplemented by additional lines of enquiry to cover key evaluation questions and/or gaps in the existing evidence. Budgets of PS30K for each lot have been set to reflect the short time periods these evaluations should cover and the overarching nature of the work required.
