Where A4Ds have been made to protect the historic environment, were heritage experts involved in the process including consultation with Historic England. Going forward is there a good understanding within LPAs of the process of putting A4Ds in place and the scope of matters they can cover? Finally, is there a need for further advice from Historic England on this matter?
