We used the same firm for a number of years (Public Perspectives), and have reached the point where we need to reprocure the work rather than going for a(nother) waiver. The last survey cost PS30,000. We would like to let a contract for the 2024 and 2026 surveys. We will also be preparing the new Local Transport Plan, which may require additional research calling for supplementary survey work using comparable methodology so we would like an option to commission this from the same supplier. Estimated spend would be expected to be the maximum over the period including optional work. See full specification document attached. The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the quotation process. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all tenderers, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all.
