## Notice

The Mayor's Violence Reduction Unit is seeking applications for the Evaluation of Community Mental Health and Emotional Well-Being Support Pilot Programme. The Community Mental Health and Emotional Well-Being Support Pilot is currently being delivered via two separate interventions and is aimed at Parents, Carers and those with significant caring responsibilities (PCR's) for at least one young person aged 11 to 24 years of age. The VRU strategy focuses on delivering support for this age group and in accordance with the public health whole family approach there is extensive evidence of the importance of an integrated approach to reducing violence, not just focusing on young people. This may include biological parents, carers, grandparents, adult siblings, extended family, separated families, foster carers, adoptive parents - all may be informal or formal. The Evaluation partner will be required to work in close collaboration with the appointed delivery partners, Midaye and Groundworks, in order to develop and deliver a suitable evaluation model for this programme, including ensuring adequate capture of monitoring data to inform evaluation. The VRU is seeking an external Provider for the Evaluation of the Community Mental Health and Emotional Well-Being Support Pilot in order to design and deliver a high-quality mixed methods evaluation of the programme exploring both the process of implementation and impact of the programme in relation to its desired outcomes at individual and organisational levels.
