The requirement is broken into three activities; Activity 1 - Assessment - Conduct a detailed assessment of the User Research Internship programme and provide recommendations of changes. Activity 2 - Accreditation - Provide accredited status to the User Research Internship programme learning package, agreeing a suitable qualification award. - Work with the Authority to develop progress check points at bi-monthly intervals and an end of programme assessment. Activity 3 - Training - Work with the Authority to design and deliver formal training in Agile Principles and Delivery.
