We require an independent debt advisory service for our residents to assist with the following: To resolve existing debt issues that are relating to and impacting on their tenancy. To advise and assist them with rent arrears, including preventing eviction Advise and assist with complex welfare benefit issues, maximising tenants' income and supporting our Financial Inclusion Team Full debt advice service including priority and non priority debts Face to face delivery at our office at The Green Man to carry out in depth case work as required. This will include gathering information, identifying problems, giving advice, suggesting options and negotiating with third parties on their behalf. To provide a service to a minimum of 264 residents per year. Updating and liaising with the Income Team following appointments.
