This partnership includes Kent Local Authorities, (excluding Dartford & Sevenoaks Councils), Medway Unitary and Kent County Council. The Authority intends to award the contract to a sole contractor on the basis of the tenders submitted which in the Network Members opinion represents the best understanding of the issues and needs facing the Network.
