The procurement stage is active, with Expressions of Interest and Invitations to Tender due by 09:00 on 18th November 2019. This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses focused on social services, utility management, and sustainability efforts, particularly those that have a strong community outreach component. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) would be well-suited to compete for this contract, given the emphasis on engaging with vulnerable householders to deliver impactful savings on utility bills and reduce CO2 emissions. Companies capable of managing social impact projects and having experience with home visits would find this opportunity aligns well with their business strategies.

## Notice

Swale Borough Council is inviting Expressions of Interest to tender for a householder fuel and water poverty advice service. This role is part of Swale's action to tackle the Climate Change Emergency The contract will commence on Monday, 02 March 2020 and terminate on Thursday, 31 March 2022. The Council may extend this opportunity for a further year The tenderer/s who submits the Most Economically Advantageous Tender, (MEAT) will be awarded the contract.
