IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT THE VALUE OF THIS CONTRACT WILL BE BETWEEN PS28,000,000 AND PS36,000,000. THE EVALUATION OF THE SUBMISSIONS WILL GIVE DUE CONSIDERATION TO PROPOSALS THAT REPRESENT 'VALUE' TO TRINITY HOUSE IN THE DELIVERY OF THE SOLUTION AND PARTICIPANTS SHOULD NOT TAKE THE PUBLISHED ESTIMATES OR PRICE RANGES AS A LIMITATION TO INVOLVEMENT.
