Key outcomes of the service are, but not limited to, for people accessing the service; * to increase social confidence * to build relationships with peers and develop interests that can be sustained independently * to work towards maximising independence and reducing support needs * to improve health and wellbeing * to be engaged in meaningful activity * to have increased choice and control * to be supported in a person-centred way and to be treated with dignity and respect * to be supported to access the service as independently as possible - this may involve some initial support or training The estimated total value of this contract is PS405,000 based on PS81,000 per annum. The initial contract period is for 24 months with the option to extend the contract period for three (3) additional periods of not less than 3 months and not more than one (1) year each.
