## Notice

The proposed VNA should have a high dynamic range and thermal stability, and the lowest phase noise option should be offered where appropriate. The VNA should be appropriate for observing harmonic effects of optical and microwave clocks as well as enabling S-parameter evaluations of RF and microwave systems.
