Change Assessment - organisational appetite for change and change maturity level Senior engagement - engagement and briefing with senior leaders; gaining buy-in and long term commitment to advocating change Scenario development - specific to real DfE working practices Roles/Persona profiling - specific to real DfE work Determine requirements, benefits and performance measures Review DfE policies/practices that could be adapted to help drive successful behavioural changes
