The aim of the Service is to work with families with children aged 2 years and under, and with professionals to improve the quality of parent-infant relationships in Hackney so that babies and toddlers can feel safe and secure, and ensure they have the key competencies that will help them to thrive. The contract is for 18 months with an provision to extend for a further 6 months at the Council's discretion.
