## Summary

ESPO is preparing to launch a tender titled "676_20 Total Facilities Management," aimed at establishing a multi-supplier framework agreement for Facilities Management (FM) services across the United Kingdom. The procurement process is currently in the planning stage, with an estimated total value of £500 million. The contract period is set from 1st April 2021 to 31st March 2024, with a potential one-year extension. Interested parties must be able to provide at least 75% of specified services and cover regions including East Midlands, East of England, North East England, North West England, South East England, South West England, West Midlands, Yorkshire and Humber, London, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Key deadlines include a submission date for comments on terms by 4th September 2020.

This tender presents significant opportunities for growth, especially for businesses specialising in multidisciplinary facilities management services, including cleaning, security, maintenance, and environmental management. Companies that are SMEs or part of the voluntary and community sector are particularly encouraged to participate, as the framework is designed to support public bodies such as local authorities, educational establishments, and healthcare services. Engaging in this tender can help providers expand their customer base and potentially secure long-term contracts in a competitive public procurement landscape.
