Complete internal refurbishment of existing building II. Upgrading of existing single-glazed curtain walling and windows III. Replacement of existing building services IV. Upgrading the roof for pedestrian movement and siting of photovoltaic panels V. Replacement of windows to lanterns VI. Installation of plant to lower-ground floor plant area
