The University now needs to appoint a company to provide a Programme Alliance Manager (Lot 1) to manage the overarching Alliance programme of works and operation of the Alliance, and a company to provide Scheme Alliance Managers (Lot 2) to manage the delivery of individual schemes or groups of smaller schemes. Companies may also be required to provide ancillary project/cost/ quality management services to the Programme or Scheme Alliance.
