Ports of Jersey programme wide objectives are: * Develop areas of the ground floor of the DL, unit size approximately 2000sqm * Ensure capacity to accommodate passenger growth * Modernise and replace ageing infrastructure * Embed sustainability into every aspect of the airport * Create a coherent sense of place for Jersey Airport. * Accessibility and inclusivity for passengers with disabilities Ports of Jersey wish to appoint a principal contractor to undertake all works associated with Phase 1 of the Jersey airport departures lounge redevelopment.
