The contractor must state in their bid submission which type of system they will use - The contractor must give rights / access to the Estates officers, Fire Officers in Estates Maintenance and Projects throughout the framework period including all licences that may be applicable. - The Contractor will carry out repairs to existing designated fire compartments and install new sections of fire compartmentation where additional protection has been highlighted within Hawthorn Building - stopping and door survey / compartmentation.
