This research will involve statutory and non-statutory agencies including Hertfordshire Constabulary, Independent Domestic Violence Advocates (IDVAs), HCJB, Crown Prosecution Service, Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunal Service, Victim Support and Witness Care Units. The aim of this project is to gather evidence from victims, stakeholders and wider research to help the OPCC develop a service specification for victims of HBA, FM and FGM that will assist in the commissioning of victim services in Beacon.
