The successful tenderer will be required to: * Work with the existing CFNE Brand. * Work in partnership and support to the CFNE Network, Communications and Events Team * Further develop the existing marketing and communications thinking and set out a clear plan for the life of the project * Identify through the acquisition of data who the Creative, Cultural, Digital and IT sectors are, identifying companies and contact details. * Enhance this data by building a CRM database (using a suitable online tool) subsequently using it for marketing and promotional purposes and to support the delivery of the project * Work with the commissioned web/content creation company to develop promotional campaign content to inspire, engage and support the involvement of North East SMEs in Creativity Fuse North East * Work with project partners to produce project materials, campaigns, social media output * Produce best practice materials from the programme through a range of web and virtual assets. * Work with CFNE management team to prioritise activity
