The challenge for tourism businesses will be in staying open and prospering into 2022. To ensure this, VEY have been awarded funding from East Riding of Yorkshire Council (ERYC) to launch a domestic tourism recovery campaign in Autumn 2021 to raise awareness of the wealth of holiday experiences available in East Yorkshire. The success of this campaign is therefore crucial to helping restore the economic fortunes of the area and to charting a route back from survival to recovery.
